Hi Jimmy - meeting was very good. Great variety of footage shown. I’ll do up a couple of clips to add to our forum (actually, have done one already for 2nd March)
Weather is pretty dull at the moment but getting a few things done around the house.  Got a party for my 40th birthday this [...]

Michael,
Computer issues seem to have eased. Just a few security settings that require changes.

Weather is boring here whilst the US Tornado Alley is going off once again! But that’s fine - I could do with a bit of a break.
Great the meeting was a success. How was your footage received? You had a few beauties from [...]

A couple of thunderstorm days late last week gave way to a couple of hot ones. Temps here were 33 though it was quite a lot warmer just over the border. Low level moisture was still quite high so the days and nights have been a bit unpleasant. Nothing like the record temps in QLD [...]

Michael,
The weather here shows a trend to cooler nights but the day yesteday was quite surprisingly warm. I get the impression were are in a lull but some significant rainfall is on the cards.
My computer continues to draga lot of my time trying to fix the issues. It is slow so something is still causing [...]

Hi Jimmy - no good about that - I certainly remember it bugging you on the 13-14 Jan chase.
Today we might see some thunderstorms, though the moisture profile suggests a lot of cloudiness and mainly heavy rain type events. Tomorrow could be more favourable if the instability does not move too far north.

Michael,
Chasing Sunday was interesting! Of course I missed the Sydney action though got suffient action despite taking a while to pass overhead. I wished I had intercepted the first cell near Bulahdelah. It should be quiet for a little while. Showers this evening of course.
Anyway back to school today after a day off - another infectious [...]

Hi Jimmy - bit hard to pick a target today but good luck. Up here it is humid and warm like yesterday. Large cumulus formed but spread out to altocumulus at 5000 metres due to a substantial warm layer - only about -5 at the 500hPa level. Expecting similar today.

Michael,
We are in for some action today though wind shear as per usual has run against the ridge only to be in a weakening trend. Instability is pretty decent though and some reasonable lapse rates exist if you believe the models.
Finally fixing the issues with the computer and uploading further defense against the trojan problems. [...]

Ended up with three storm days which was nice after the recent lull. Quite a spectacular storm structure moved up from the Grafton area yesterday. It did last about 3 hours but pity it could not last another hour - might have got some hail !
Today is hot and humid with scaterred cu and haze. [...]

Michael,
If it is the storm I saw near Grafton, that was bloody awesome! Nice structure for what could be considered a marginal day! Of course it does not take much for the Dorrigo region to take off. We had the first non-storm event in over a week in the local vicinity - kind of a [...]
