Michael, sensational falls of snow there - not too bad for the Northern Tablelands! And this was not even predicted.
As to the rainfall, we had close to 160mm from this event in all over the 4 or so days that it had fallen. And now there is another lot to occur tomorrow - some decent falls [...]

Hi Jimmy, What rainfall total did you end up with for the event?  Must have been over 100mm based on the other nearby metro stations.  Was only about 20mm here which fell over a couple of days before the low deepened and started effecting the central NSW coast.

Michael, I returned back yesterday after what I thought was a pretty successful year chasing. Even the last day 31st May 2007 produced a tornado from a seemingly unusual storm chase event. The pictures from that event were rather spectacular including some unusual features such as smoke caught into inflow!
