Hi Jimmy,
Was great to catch up with all the news and gossip over the weekend at Port Macquarie ! Certainly so much I miss out on being up here and vice versa for you and my news. I think we made good progress with a numbers of websites issues and ideas too.
Just as well those [...]

Michael,
Looking forward to heading up tomorrow afternoon straight after work. Should be interesting to see what has changed in terms of the Pacific Highway as well - new sections of dual highway since last season.
It is also going to be great catching up with you given we have not seen each other I think since [...]

Hi Jimmy,
Your forecasts for the trough system Tuesday were pretty spot on. I certainly agreed looking at the latest data from overnight Monday. Would have been nice if the one main storm had formed a little closer to here - I’m sure it would have looked quite spectacular in the dry isolated conditions. Some marble sized hail [...]

Michael,
Yes the showery conditions stopped here Sunday although some light falls yesterday. Storms perhaps later during the week. High based crap all over I guess. Lots of lightning off the coast this morning - that is where most of the action will be today.
School excursions - goodness 4 days. As a teacher, I never have [...]

Hi Jimmy - the showery weather eased off Sunday afternoon though the morning showers were more frequent than on Saturday. All clear now ahead of the trough system Tuesday. Should see some storms around here or nearby.
David is on a 3 day school excursion (year 4) staying at a camp at Tallabudgera on the Gold [...]

The regions of western Kansas, western Texas and western Oklahoma as well as parts of Nebraska and the northern states have fairly good chasing country and uninterrupted views. The best of course is western Kansas and the Texas Panhandle and to its south. And they are elevated making [...]

Hi Jimmy - you’re not wrong about the trees along the fence problem - so much of the inland parts of NSW are mucked up for chasing by that. Contrast that with the huge vistas in many parts of Tornado Alley US.
This weather system persists with some more isolated showers up this way and elsewhere. [...]

Michael,
You bet - think of all those annoying trees along the roadside with miles of empty paddocks beyond that treeline. That I can say is my pet hate - the other is when ferocious storms hug the ranges where you somehow can never seem to get to!
The gallery looks stylish - quite nice - definitely does not [...]

HA HA! - yeah, give me a chainsaw any day - way too many trees around some parts when you are wanting to see the sky and storms !! These trees should have no impact on the weather views. They also mean less land that has to be looked after with.
Almost 40mm here since the rain [...]

Imelda is l0oking forward to meeting everyone including you but at least on this occasion you will be the first she will meet apart from David. We’ll see how it goes anyway - hopefully she will be available that evening.
