South East Queensland Storms

I must say, south east Queensland has gone against the odds for incredible storms and hail production including some incredible shelf cloud structures. I think the amount of moisture that exists throughout inland Queensland has aided in this moisture depth. Have you any other events to post of incredible footage or images from the [...]

Brisbane wild hail storms November 16 2008

Some major storms developed near Brisbane today with incredible structure. Definitely a supercell tending to a squall line later near Cabulture. The earlier cells seemed to have some of the larger hail although there was a warning for very large hail north of Brisbane. Lots of insurance claims I can tell you from all the [...]

Michael,
Yes there have been a few opportunities to chase storms of late. My best for this season thus far is the storm last Tuesday. I did at least 12 to 13 hours of driving on this day but managed thanks to your assistance to get the storm drifting across from Coonabarabran. This storm may have been [...]

Michael,
Very much enjoyed the wedding occasion - Imelda and I were simply taking everything in! Kimberly also enjoyed everything once she was through the reading. She read very well!
And yes it has been a week since the wedding. We have been out on a storm chase which in the end turned out to go pretty [...]
